Red Star Belgrade has one more sponsor in our pool. Contract was signed today by Red Star president Vladan Lukic and Mr. Slavc Habic Hyundai Auto Belgrade general manager.
„It is my pleasure to welcome one of the biggest car companies Hyundai to Red Star family. We are signing a 3 year deal today and I believe it wil bring success to both Red Star and Hyundai. Hyundai was the official sponsor of the World Cup. They had a contract with a World Champion team Spain and it is natural that they want to cooperate with a former World Champion Red Star Belgrade. Terms of the contract will remain undisclosed but I can tell you that we will work together on several levels. We will proudly display Hyundai name on our shirts, we will have a lot of promotions for our fans and also members of the Red Star club will have special advantages when buying Hyundai vehicles. At this time I would like to invite all Red Star fans to drive Hyundai cars because this company makes investment in something that we love the most.”
Mr. Habic said that Hyundai is the sponsor of the biggest football competitions since 1990 when they signed their first contract with FIFA and UEFA and that contract is extended until 2014. Global goal of the Hyundai Corporation is to sign a sponsor deal with Red Star Belgrade as Hyundai Belgrade. I hope and I believe that our cooperation will be long and successful and that both sides will be happy and that both Hyundai and Red Star will score many goals on its field.
